Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connections
Expect Better. Be Better.

We’re not just growing — we’re building something special.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connections is proud to be ranked Top 10 nationwide within the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network, and we’re looking for a dynamic, people-first Managing Broker to help lead our next phase of growth.

This is more than a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to shape a thriving office culture, mentor agents into top producers, and partner with a brand that blends lifestyle, innovation, and real estate excellence like no other.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out.

At BHGRE Connections, we believe agents deserve more support, more inspiration, and more success.

You’ll step into a brokerage that already has:

A recognized national lifestyle brand clients trust.
A collaborative, positive, high-energy culture.
Built-in support including:
- Transaction Coordinators.
- First Impressions Team.
- In-house Marketing Team.
Industry-leading training aligned with the brand philosophy: “Be Better”.

We don’t just say Expect Better — we deliver it.

What You’ll Do:

As Managing Broker, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office — leading, growing, and elevating everyone around you.

Recruit, attract, and retain top real estate talent.
Coach, mentor, and develop agents at all stages of their careers.
Oversee agent performance and help drive production growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing Act guidelines, and state real estate regulations.
Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and agent success.
Partner with leadership on marketing initiatives and retention strategies.
Track performance and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting.

What You Bring:

Active Managing Broker License (Illinois and/or Indiana).
3–5+ years as a successful, actively producing agent and/or broker leader.
Proven ability to recruit, lead, and inspire agents.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
A positive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who lifts the room.

What You’ll Get:

Competitive base salary + recruiting bonuses.
The backing of a nationally recognized, trusted brand.
A leadership seat where your ideas and impact matter.
A culture that values people, growth, and doing things the right way.

Who This Is Perfect For:

Someone who:

Loves building relationships and growing people.
Gets energized by recruiting and developing talent.
Wants to lead with both heart and performance.
Is ready to step into a role where they can truly make a difference.

If you’re ready to lead with purpose, grow something meaningful, and be part of a brand that truly stands apart…

We’d love to connect.
